MEET THE COACHES

Sarah Tuohy

Sarah is in charge of our women's program.

In a short time she has made our women's team one of the strongest in the country. A successful athlete and instructor, she combines her passion for jiu jitsu with a career as a dietitian who helps several top athletes with their diet.

Kim Los

Kim Los

Kim is one of our Ladies Only instructors.

Kim combines her full-time job with fitness and jiu jitsu training. She is a medalist at the European Championships and is a very patient coach.
