Our regular subscriptions start at 73 euros per four weeks. If you are a student or younger than 18 years old, we offer a discount of 10 euros per month.
Yes, that's more expensive than your local fitness chain. If you want to lose some weight or get bigger biceps, those are a good option. But if you want to work in a clean and friendly environment with like minded people to improve yourself mentally and physically, boost your confidence and learn skills that can literally save your life and the lives of your loved ones then Haven BJJ might be the better choice
No, we only offer unlimited plans. We have chosen to encourage our members to train as much as possible. Jiu jitsu is a complex sport where a lot of training is the only secret to getting better. If that is not possible, there is the possibility to pay per lesson or to take a 10-lesson card.
You can easily cancel by sending us an email. Our monthly subscriptions have a cancellation period of 1 month and there are no extra costs involved. With annual subscriptions you can cancel monthly after the first year.
When you start, there is no pressure on you to spar. We want you to understand BJJ's key concepts and views before putting them into practice.
When you and the coaches feel you are ready to spar, we gradually add sparring rounds to your workouts

The best way to get fit for jiu jitsu is to train jiu jitsu. We tailor our lessons to your level of experience and your condition. That way we build your fitness while you learn Brazilian jiu jitsu.
No running or weightlifting can compete with that. Don't worry about getting fit before you start. You get fit by starting.
Yes, at Haven BJJ we have one of the strongest women's teams in the Netherlands. Women can participate in any class and every week we offer a special class that is only open to women. You can find our current schedule here.
Certainly. Our athletes are active at the highest level. They compete with the world's best and have several major titles to their name (including European and Brazilian champions). As a team, we regularly top the SmoothComp rankings as the best team in the Netherlands.

No, we don't have MMA classes on our schedule. We offer world class grappling lessons, and we have a few pro MMA athletes who train with us to sharpen their grappling skills. However, our focus is on grappling and BJJ. If you want to build a strong grappling foundation for MMA or supplement your MMA training with high-level grappling, you are welcome to join us.
