Intro Course

In this course, you will learn the fundamental positions, submissions, and concepts of jiu jitsu.

THE BEST WAY TO START BJJ

Starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be intimidating. When you finally step into a gym, you may feel like you’re being thrown into the deep end without any guidance. Training with more experienced practitioners can be overwhelming, and understanding the techniques the coach explains may seem challenging.

This is a common experience for many beginners in BJJ.

At our gym, we have designed a unique Introduction Course specifically to change that experience. Over the course of two weeks, we provide you with a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a small group setting.

You will be training alongside other beginners, and the lessons are tailored for individuals with no prior experience in the sport.

This allows you to start your BJJ journey in a safe and effective manner, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.

After completing this course, you will be able to join beginner-level classes anywhere in the world and have a good understanding of what the instructor is talking about.

What do others say?

lars

“Before the Intro Course, I didn’t really grasp the basics and the concepts behind the movements. But now, I have a much better understanding of how everything works. I can even hold my ground against more experienced training partners for longer. It was great that there was plenty of time and space to ask questions during the course.”

roos

“Before the Introductory Course, I wasn’t very mindful while training. Now that I’ve completed the course, I’m more aware of many important details. It has made me more confident and conscious of what I’m doing. The course has also helped me with the names of positions and techniques.”

kevin

“Voor de Introductiecursus was ik niet heel bewust aan het trainen. Nu ik de cursus heb gedaan, ben ik me van veel belangrijke details bewust. Het heeft me zelfverzekerder gemaakt en bewuster gemaakt van wat ik doe. De cursus heeft me ook geholpen met de namen van de functies en technieken “
