Free Trial Class

What to expect

Everyone is welcome to join us for a free trial class.
Book any of our classes and choose Free Trial as your method of payment.

*Competition classes are excepted, these are invite only

Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the class start.
That way one of our team members will be able to give you a quick tour of the gym and explain how the class works.
You can also ask any questions you might have at this time.

Class structure

The class consists of a quick warm-up including break falls, techniques and then specific and free sparing. 

There is absolutely no pressure on beginners to join the sparring part of the class.  

You will only join sparring when you and the coaches feel you are ready for it. 

What to bring

What to bring will depend on the class you will follow.
If you have never done Brazilian jiu jitsu, we recommend joining a no-gi grappling class. 

If you already have a judo or BJJ gi, you are very welcome to join the BJJ class.

– Shorts (no zippers, no pockets)
– T-shirt (no zippers, no pockets)

– A Brazilian jiu jitsu OR judo gi.
– A white belt 

– Short trimmed nails
– Flip flops (always wear footwear when off the mats, never when on the mats)
– A bottle of water
– Towel and shampoo (optional)
